Hi, finally I buy this motherboard to try Kakewalk. First I create a USB with Kakewalk and Lion Image but at boot the system freeze at "PCI Configuration Begin" This because video card wasn't supported... So at boot i write "GraphicsEnabler=Yes" and everything was fine with this method... After installation, i modified com.apple.boot.plist (in Extra folder) and modify the key "graphics enabler" to yes.... Then i install this package http://bit.ly/pLlD13 for network driver.... At this point it seemed to work....except sleep mode. wake up didn't work... to resolve this I delete NullCpuPowerManagement kext from extra folder, i rebuild permission and mkext with Kext Wizard and finally my system is fully working! I hope it can help someone :) see you...
Thanks, this helped with ethernet. I was wondering one thing, when you go into sleep mode does your computer ever wake up and resume as normal? I have to reboot in order for it to work properly.
Finally i replace GeForce en210 with a radeon hd6670...this because GeForce doesn't support dual monitor in full hd...I modified com.apple.boot.plist (in Extra folder) changing GraphicsEnabler to "No" and all goes fine... Now I have LG IPS236 as primary monitor in full hd and Sony bravia 32'' led 100hz in full hd as secondary. Perfect.. ;)
hi murrau, i have the same motherboard and i wanted to buy the intel pentium G850 CPU and i have a GeForce 9400GT GPU. so my question is, does it mather if the CPU is intel pentium like we have or it must be from "i" series ( like i3 2100) and will my GPU work without the Graphic Enabler or should i buy another one. i'll wait for your answer plz
no matters...work very well with g840 :) for video card, i don't know... Today i update (with automatic update) at 10.7.3 and no sound :( so i'll reinstall all because my system was very slow...and try kakewalk update ;) see u
