The issue I have is with the videocard/LCD, the monitor is connected via a DVI -> VGA adapter. After the text during the installation (when switching to the graphical interface) the display goes 'blank' (standby) I also have a displayport -> VGA adapter, when installing with this adapter the installation works fine, also in MacOS the display works. However this displayport -> VGA adapter has issues with windows: sometimes gives errors claiming the connection was lost and switching to 800x600 resolution. And in MacOS (after installation) the DVI -> VGA adapter gives no image.
Is there a way to set the display output locked to a DVI port?
