No sound or ethernet EP45-UD3L on 10.8

    Hello...  

    10.8 installs fine but i cannot get any ethernet or sound 
    Anyone else having issue with this board?
    Everything worked perfect on 10.7.4

    Ethernet works on my install, but not sound. Similar board. Just updated OS to 10.7.4 on a GA-EP45-UD3P. Sound worked prior to update
