Installing MtLion on EP45-UD3P. It auto restarts after MtLion start scene comes up, progress bar runs down and blank/black screen appears negating install. Lion runs on a separate HD having used Kakewalk 4.1.1 to install OS.
Made a new Kakewalk USB thumb drive with Mt Lion with new Kakewalk from link posted on another Installation Question and changed Graphics Enabler and did not get an install. Changed Graphics Enabler and got the same scenario, USB drive boots, Mt Lion splash screen comes up, progress bar completes, and a gray linen screen comes up for a few seconds, goes black and system restarts negating OS install.
Finally, had success by resetting Bios to Default Settings and reconfigured to LifeHacker SL Bios settings including USB keyboard and mouse, of course. Initially, spent 3 days on and off trying various options with myHack, Kakewalk and Unibeast. After resetting Bios to Default Settings and using UniBeast by TonyMacX86 I got past the Apple logo and spinner and install went OK. No joy on reboot and watched spinner for about 1 hour. Booted into Safemode by typing -x, repaired permissions, installed MultiBeast, Easy Install and Lnx2Mac's network driver. Reboot into Mt. Lion was successful. All app's appear to work OK as does iCloud. Will not try using myHack or Kakewalk at this time as Unibeast was successful.
Later I loaded Optimized Bios settings, reset bios per Lifehacker SL Hackintish and ML boots fine.
