Installed with Kakewalk 2.2 USB version and Retail image from 10.6.0.
Update to 10.6.4.
Videocard is a NVIdia 7300GT and there for running 32 bits: arch=i386
The CPU temp was 50°C. So I used:
NullCPUPowerManagement.kext: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8287340/NullCPU ... t.kext.zip
Now the CPU temp is 39°C.
To get sleep enabled:
SleepEnabler: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8287340/SleepEnabler.kext.zip
Sound ALC888.kext for 10.6.4
When updating to 10.6.4 replace /System/Library/Extension/AppleHDA.kext:
http://www.box.net/shared/ydzvzaxvu7 = AppleHDA.kext to get sound working again.
Put NullCPUPowerManagement.kext and SleepEnabler.kext in /Extra
Rebuild cache with Kext Utility http://www.kexts.com/view/129-kext_utility_x64_for_snowleopard_(update).html
Restart and you have got
1. A cool CPU: 39°C
2. Sleep enabled, thanks to Burger for testing
3. Sound with 10.6.4

Installed NullCpuPowerManagement kext, cpu temp. reduced on a 10C, but sleep doesn`t work even with SleepEnabler.kext. Can u help me?

You can also use iStat 2.0 (the last freeware version) to view temperature and much more.
