  • been running the Gigabyte GA-EP43/45-UD3L motherboard for about a year now, very stable so I decided to take it to another level.

what do you have your Hackintosh in ?
  • That's way cool!!

I've just put mine in a Anatech 300 - very good for the money. Was toying with the idea of putting it in my old G4 MDD case but it's going to need some mods to take the board :(
  • and you don't use internal HDs??
  • Hard drive is at the top, the SSD drive is on the bottom, its very small and can't be seen in the picture
  • I'd like to see a photo of the back 8-)
  • Nice setup, I had thought about it, but chose this instead

  • cool case,

yeah, the back of the powermac is were all the cutting is done, I will post a pic of the back
  • Oh right, very nice. What's the max read speed you get on the SSD?
  • they are not the fastest by a long shot but I like the reliability and low noise and heat, in fact, no noise and no heat,

    64 GB – up to 200MB/sec. read; 110MB/sec. write

Way faster then any 7200 drive though, makes OSX very snappy and quick. at the top of the case is a 2TB internal drive with all my movies and music. the external cases on top the case are just backups.
  • 200Mb/s is amazing. Can't wait till get one but I'm still holding back. My new drives will do about 110Mb/s so that'll have to do.
